1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a visitor's device (computer, tablet, smartphone) and read on subsequent visits. They let websites "remember" a visitor's actions and settings, and let web analytics and advertising services track the visitor's behaviour.

2. Operator

Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Petrovich Emelyanov, 428000, Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, Russia (the "Operator"), who administers the website https://sergeyem.ru (the "Site").

3. Use of cookies on the Site

3.1. The Site does not set cookies on the visitor's device. The Site's responses contain no headers instructing the browser to store a cookie.

3.2. The Site does not use other means of storing data on the visitor's device (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) or any other identifiers of the visitor or their device.

3.3. The Site does not use web analytics or statistics services (including Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics), advertising networks, social widgets or other tracking tools.

3.4. Since no cookies are used, the Site does not ask the visitor for consent to their use and shows no cookie notice.

4. Third-party resources

4.1. Some pages of the Site contain videos from the YouTube video hosting service. The video player is loaded only after the visitor presses the play button; until then no requests are made to YouTube servers. Once playback starts, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. The youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits such use, is used for embedding.

4.2. Links to external resources (social networks, messengers) lead to third-party websites, which may use cookies under their own rules. The Operator does not control such resources and is not responsible for their policies.

5. Meeting booking service

5.1. The "Schedule a meeting" button leads to the Operator's meeting booking service at https://calendar.sergeyem.ru. It is a separate application of the Operator on its own subdomain; this Policy applies to it as well.

5.2. The service uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that links the steps of a booking together (valid for 7 days) and a cross-site request forgery protection cookie (valid for 2 hours). They contain no information about the visitor, are not used for analytics or tracking and are not disclosed to third parties.

5.3. The service does not ask for the visitor's name or contact details, does not use web analytics services and does not load resources from third-party servers. The Google Meet video call link shown after booking leads to a Google service, which uses its own cookies in accordance with Google's policy.

6. Administrative area of the Site

The Site's content management area is available only to the Operator at an address not accessible to visitors, and uses strictly necessary session cookies to authenticate the Operator. These cookies do not extend to the pages open to visitors.

7. Managing cookies in the browser

The visitor may at any time delete stored cookies and configure the browser to block them or to give notice when they are set. The procedure is described in the help section of the respective browser. Such settings do not affect the operation of the Site.

8. Changes to this Policy
