Terms of Use

Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Petrovich Emelyanov, taxpayer identification number (INN) 212802719116, located at 428000, Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, Russia (the "Administration"), offers you (the "User") the use of the website https://sergeyem.ru (the "Service") on the terms set out in these Terms of Use (the "Agreement").

This Agreement takes effect from the moment you express your consent to its terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement sets out the terms of use of the Service and the rights and obligations of its Users and the Administration.

1.2. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the User and the Administration. In addition to this Agreement, the relationship between the User and the Administration is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the Service.

1.3. The Administration may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such amendments take effect 3 (three) days after the new version of the Agreement is published on the Service.

1.4. By starting to use the Service, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full.

1.5. The Service is an information resource. The Service does not provide for User registration, posting of materials by Users, sending messages through forms or any other means of transmitting personal data to the Administration through the Service. The Service does not collect or process Users' personal data and does not use cookies or web analytics tools.

1.6. The User contacts the Administration on the User's own initiative using the contact details published on the Service (phone, e-mail, messengers), through the respective third-party services and outside the Service.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

The User is entitled to:

  • use the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
  • contact the Administration on matters concerning the operation of the Service using the contact details published on the Service.

The User undertakes:

  • to comply with the terms of this Agreement;
  • not to infringe the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration and third parties;
  • not to take actions that may interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
  • not to use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • not to attempt to access parts of the Service not intended for Users, including the administrative area of the Service.

The Administration is entitled to:

  • change the design, content and functionality of the Service at any time;
  • suspend the Service for maintenance;
  • restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All objects available on the Service, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, software and other objects, as well as any content posted on the Service, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration and other rights holders.

3.2. The Service's content may be used only within the functionality offered by the Service. No content element may be used in any other way without the prior permission of the rights holder.

4. Liability of the parties

4.1. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

4.2. The Administration is not responsible for the content and policies of external resources linked from the Service.

4.3. The User is solely responsible to third parties for their actions when using the Service.

5. Dispute resolution

5.1. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve it through negotiation. The pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory; the time limit for responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days.

5.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be heard by the court at the location of the Administration in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

6. Final provisions

6.1. This Agreement takes effect for the User from the moment of their accession to it and remains in force for an indefinite period.

6.2. This Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
